[roadtrip] First days

Hi there! This is going to be a very short and quick post, as I am short on time. However, I really wanted to make a post about this because it’s all so exciting. I am on the road since early saturday morning, and I will be until sunday night. The next day I will be making pictures (and having fun) at a local cycling race and the next weekend I’ll leave to Oslo for a private course Norwegian!

Back to the roadtrip. I’ve already visited Germany and a part of Poland. The upcoming days I’ll be seeing much more Poland, Czech Republic and Germany. My first stay overnight was in the Radisson Blu hotel in Merseburg, a small town somewhere in Germany. And although it looked pretty dead it had a few nice surprises for me. One of them being a beautiful church (I love churches!).

The Rolling Stones @ Hyde Park

I could write a book about every song they played. But a million worths, images or videos are not enough to express how great this gig was.

Watched the entire concert from 5th-6th row or something like that, which was really awesome. I saw pictures afterwards and was pretty surprised about how many people were standing behind me. You couldn’t see a single spot of grass anymore, only people.

Snapseed/Paris

I just came home from a very nice trip to Paris. Lovely weather, did some shopping, visited the Catacombs, went on top of the Arc de Triomphe and above all: enjoyed this beautiful city and the nice weather. I planned to visit some other things as well but I spend more than 2 hours in the waiting lines for the catacombs. This gave me plenty of time for something else: get familiar with an app called Snapseed. It’s an iPhone/Android app that “makes any photo extraordinary. Easily enhance your photos, add amazing effects, and share them everywhere.”

Store

So a while back I opened a society6 and a redbubble account. I’m not very active on redbubble, but I try to be on s6. Also, a french company called Post-Art contacted me to sell a few of my works. Check it all out:

society6: http://society6.com/sarahvn
redbubble: http://www.redbubble.com/people/mrsaraneae
post-art: http://postart.fr/28_sarah-van-neyghem

If there are works of me you would like to see on Society6 or RedBubble and that aren’t yet, please let me know, I’ll upload them.

Also, feel free to contact me to work together! In a month and a half school is over for three months so I have plenty of time to do any kind of freelance work and concentrate me more on my photography.
