Work in progress. Trying out some new designs for business cards, my older ones are way too outdated. What do you think?
I decided to redesign my portfolio, however, I’ve got way too much schoolwork right now to develop it. But I got excited and made a quick one pager (completely responsive) telling that my new portfolio will be up soon. And I gave my behance a similar look. Visit it:
First of all I want to say that I haven’t got too much time to blog lately, mainly because I’m so busy with school. We’re having four (big) projects running at the moment, all to be handed in around the same time: two by the end of december and two early january. So far I’ve used the only ‘free’ moments I had to work on a new portfolio, which I also want to have up and running somewhere in december. Gonna be awesome.
Anyways, here are some pictures of a few weeks back, taken at the “Rebootweek” (schooltrip/project week) with school in Kasterlee.
For one of our design courses, cross media design 3, we have to make an iPad/iPhone app for the company Innowiz. It’s a tool to brainstorm and come to creative ideas/solutions. Right now they’re using a physical card system, but we need to create an app with the same concept. Anyway, I wanted to a little bit rebranding and create a new logo as well, since they don’t have this right now. I tried some things and so far I like these best. I can’t decide which one to take though. The iz comes from i
nnowiz, while the iw comes from i nnow iz. Pretty obvious. Which one do you prefer?
As I may have said in one of my previous posts, I’m quite busy with school right now. We have lots of awesome courses, already had to hand in some projects and still have a lot of other assignments to do. Besides that, I’m also working hard to find an internship. But I really wanted to do a quick update here and show you some stuff.
Preset based in (multi exposure) shots from my lomography cameras.
Please read the info file attached. Layers should be named Layer 1, Layer 2 and so on before applying the action.
I.1 is black and white and needs two photos (named: Layer 1 and Layer 2)
I.2 is in color and needs only one photo (named: Layer 1)
I.3 is in color and needs two photos (named: Layer 1 and Layer 2)
Did some typographic experiments and this is the result. A few (nice?) posters to decorate my room with. I will print them myself somewhere during the next couple of weeks. For those wondering: the first two are lyrics from Jefferson Airplane – White Rabbit. The last ones are a tribute to the best artist ever: David Bowie.
